From the date of receiving your jewelry, you have 14 calendar days to request an exchange. This applies to full‑price and sale items alike (excluding final‑sale promotions or bespoke pieces). To qualify, the piece must be returned in its original condition: unused, unworn, with original packaging, authentication certificate(s), and accompanying paperwork—ensuring the item retains its pristine value.

If you’re across Lebanon, use our secure mail‑in service: pack your jewelry with cushioning and return it via insured courier. If local to Beirut or Mount Lebanon, drop off at one of our showrooms during business hours. For certainty and tracking, we recommend using the provided return label for mailed pieces.
Step 3: Inspection & Confirmation
Once received, our experts at the Beirut workshop will inspect the piece to verify its condition—checking for wear, damage, and authenticity. This step usually completes within 2–3 business days. We’ll update you by email or SMS once approved or if any issue arises.
Step 4: Choose Your Replacement Item
